Shipping & Delivery: We ship all items via USPS mail. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours from your order Monday to Friday. US orders will typically arrive in 3-5 business days, international vary greatly from 2-6 weeks depending on customs.
Privacy & Security: PetTagsDirect is 100% secure. We do not share or sell your information.; If you are not happy with an item you receive then please contact us to obtain a refund within 30 days. We charge a 10% restock fee on all orders plus actual shipping. Licensed sports, disney or painted tags are non refundable unless their was a typo in the order.
Ordering: All ordering is done online through our easy to use checkout. You may also create a account and be able to full check the status and tracking numbers of your orders.

Viewing Orders: If you choose to create a account at checkout you can view the status of your order at anytime. We highly suggest you create an account for this reason. If you do or do not create an account we will still email you the status of your order when we ship you item(s).
